[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 16일과 17일 이틀간 춘천시정부가 강원디자인진흥원 3층 디자인홀에서 2022년 주민자치회 주민주도마을사업 추진 역량강화 워크숍을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 지난해 주민자치회에서 수립한 마을계획을 실행하기 위해 지역 인적·물적 자원 활용 계획을 만들고 주민 중심으로 사업이 추진될 수 있도록 구체화하기 위해 마련됐다고 했다. 

오는 16일에는 소양동, 근화동, 후평1동, 후평2동, 석사동, 강남동, 신사우동 17일은 신북읍, 북산면, 교동, 조운동, 약사명동, 후평3동, 효자1동, 퇴계동 주민자치회가 참여한다고 했다.

워크숍에서는 타지역 리빙랩 사례 공유를 통해 주민자치위원이 주민참여형 문제해결 프로세스를 이해하도록 돕는다고 전했다.

또 마을사업에 필요한 인적 및 물적 자원 파악과 전문가, 핵심 이해관계 주민 등 이해관계를 파악하고 실행사업 계획 개선 및 사업 설계 구체화를 위한 워크숍을 운영한다고 했다.

마지막으로는 참여를 촉진하는 퍼실리테이션을 통해 주민자치위원의 마을계획 및 지역의제 실행사업 구체화 역량을 강화한다고 전했다.

시정부 관계자는 “워크숍을 통해 작년 대비 마을사업 실행률을 높이고 주민자치회가 사업 추진을 하는 데 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다.”라고 말했다.
