[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 7일 포천시는 시정회의실에서 2022년 제1회 규제개혁위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

이날 포천시 규제개혁위원회는 정덕채 부시장 주재로 포천시 도시계획조례 일부개정조례(안)과 포천시 건축조례 일부개정 조례(안)에 대한 법률의 명확한 근거, 상위 법령의 위임범위, 규제의 적정성 등을 심사했다고 했다.

포천시는 2021년에 수립한 ‘포천시 규제개혁 추진 계획’과 ‘규제입증책임제 추진 계획’을 기반으로 불합리한 중앙부처 규제를 수시로 발굴하고 있다. 또한, 포천시 홈페이지에 규제입증요청창구를 신설하는 등 시민이 요청하고 소관부서가 규제의 필요성을 입증하는 규제입증책임제를 운영 중이라고 전했다.

이 밖에도 시는 불합리한 자치규제의 지속적 정비와 공무원 의식개혁을 통한 소극적 행태 개선 등 체감형 규제개선을 실천해 나갈 계획이라고 했다.
