[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시가 지원·관리하는 의정부시어린이급식관리지원센터는 21인 이상 49인 이하 어린이급식소를 대상으로 올바른 보존식 관리교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 영유아보육법 시행규칙 개정으로 처음 보존식을 시행하는 어린이급식소를 대상으로 추진하는 것으로 식중독 사고 발생 시 원인 규명에 필요한 보존식 채취, 관리, 폐기 등을 단계별로 알아보는 방식으로 진행되며, 코로나19 감염 예방을 위해 비대면(zoom)으로 오는 4월 중에 시행할 예정이라고 전했다.

교육 신청은 오는 3월 14일부터 3월 25일까지 메일로 신청서를 제출하면 되며, 자세한 사항은 센터 블로그와 카카오톡 채널을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 했다.
