[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 28일부터 오는 4월 20일까지 강원도는 토양환경 보전하여 지속 가능한 친환경농업 육성을 위해 2023～2025년까지 농지소재지 읍·면·동 사무소(행정복지센터)를 통해 토양개량제 신청을 받는다고 밝혔다.

토양개량제는 전국 농업경영체로부터 일괄신청을 받아 시·군에서 읍·면·동 단위로 지난주기 공급년도(‘20～’22년)와 신청물량 등을 감안하여 3년 1주기(‘23～’25년) 공급계획을 마련하여 공급을 하게 된다고 했다.

농업 보조금 중복·편중지원 방지 및 부정 수급을 근절하고 농가별․지역별 맞춤형 농정 구현 하기 위해 농업경영체 경영정보 DB에 등록된 농지에 한하여 토양개량제 신청을 받아 공급 지원할 계획이라고 전했다.

토양개량제 지원을 신청하고자 하는 농업인은 지원대상에서 제외되지 않도록 농업경영체 등록해야 하고, 경작관계 변경으로 농지가 추가된 경우 등록정보를 변경해야 한다고 했다.

경영정보 등록 및 변경은 국립농산물품질관리원에 비치된농업경영체등록신청서를 작성하여 방문, 우편, 팩스, 메일 등으로 주소지 관할 국립농산물품질관리원에 제출하면 쉽게 등록할 수 있다고 했다.
