[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 22일 강원도는 「2022년 강원형 벤처펀드 투자생태계 조성 지원사업」추진계획을 수립 및 발표했다고 밝혔다. 

 

작년 9월 256억 원 규모의 「강원형 벤처펀드」를 조성하여 ‘22년 1월말 기준 25개사 140억 원(54.7%)을 투자 진행 중에 있으며, 이번 계획을 통해 도내 벤처창업기업의 자생적 역량강화는 물론 선순환 투자생태계를 더욱 체계적으로 지원하려는 데에 목적이 있다고 했다. 

 

「2022년 강원형 벤처펀드 투자생태계 조성 지원 사업」의 주요 내용은 다음과 같고, 도내 벤처·창업기업 애로사항 해결 및 경쟁력 제고를 위한 기업 맞춤형 전문가 컨설팅 및 멘토링을 지원한다고 했다. 

 

도내 기업 10개사를 대상으로 1개사 최대 3회에 걸쳐 현장방문 솔루션을 제공하는 사업으로 기업재무개선, 경영 및 사업추진 전략, IR 자료 수정, 자금관리 및 활용 전략 등 투자유치를 위한 분야별 맞춤형 전문가 컨설팅을 지원한다고 했다. 

 

또한, 도내 기업 5개사를 대상으로 기업특성 및 전문가 컨설팅 결과를 기반으로 한 기업분석, 기술사업화를 위한 구체적 전략기획 및 IR 자료 작성과 발표 코칭을 지원한다고 했다. 

 

지역 펀드 운용사와 기업이 정기적으로 만나 투자 상담을 진행하는 “강원 투자파트너스 데이”를 운영한다고 전했다. 

 

올해 4월을 첫 시작으로 6월, 9월, 12월 총4회에 걸쳐 정기적인 투자 상담을 진행할 계획이며, ㈜소풍벤처스, ㈜세종벤처파트너스, ㈜아이스퀘어벤처스 등 투자사와 기업 간 1:1로 심층 투자상담을 받을 수 있도록 할 예정이라고 했다. 

 

이는 기업이 IR 발표에 대한 부담 없이 투자사 1~2개사와 심층 면담이 가능하며, 정기 운영을 통해 기업은 투자 상담에 대한 예측 가능성을 높여 자발적 참여와 함께 도내 잠재력 있는 우수창업기업 발굴도 기대할 수 있다고 했다. 

 

지역 투자생태계 활성화를 위한 강원 벤처포럼 개최 및 도내 기업 간 기술·투자 네트워크를 강화한다고 전했다. 

 

연 1회 이상 강원 벤처포럼 개최를 통해 강원 벤처창업 활성화 및 투자정책을 논의 및 발굴하고, 도내 기업 간 정보교류 및 기술·투자 네트워크를 구축할 수 있도록 지원 및 투자 연결할 방침이며, 도내 공공펀드 운용사 및 유관기관(강원도, 강원지방중소기업청, 강원테크노파크, 창조경제혁신센터, 경제진흥원 등) 간 네트워크를 구축하여 연2회 정기 및 수시 회의를 통해 기업 및 투자에 대한 정보교류와 후속 투자 및 추가지원 연계 방안도 논의할 계획이라고 했다. 

 

기업 인력의 인식개선과 투자유치를 위한 체계적인 준비 역량 제고를 위한 기업 맞춤형 교육을 지원한다고 전했다. 

 

기업의 수요에 의한 맞춤형 현장 방문 교육프로그램 구성으로 강사가 기업 현장을 방문하여 교육을 진행할 계획이며, 이를 통해 교육의 효과성을 높이고 우수한 조력자 양성으로 건강한 생태계 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다고 했다.

 

아울러, 도내 16개 창업보육센터 창업 및 투자실무자를 대상으로 연1회 투자와 기업 보육에 대한 집중 교육을 통해 우수 기업을 투자사에 추천할 수 있는 역량도 함께 계발하도록 할 계획이라고 했다.
