[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 7일 춘천시정부는 강원도사회서비스원과 퇴원환자 단기가사서비스 협약을 체결한다고 밝혔다.

퇴원환자 단기가사서비스는 장기요양등급이 없는 퇴원환자 중 가사돌봄이 필요한 노인을 대상으로 제공된다고 전했다. 

장기요양보험제도의 사각지대에 있는 어르신들을 돌보는 사업으로 시정부가 노인돌봄 전달체계 시범사업을 확대 개편하면서 전국 최로로 추진한다고 했다.

비용은 기초생계·의료 수급자는 무료, 기초연금 수급자 이내는 50% 감면, 일반노인은 전액 부담하며, 서비스는 목욕, 화장실 이동 등 신체 수발과 취사, 청소 등 가사 지원이라고 했다. 

이번 협약 체결로 단기가사서비스를 제공하게 된 강원도사회서비스원은 돌봄사각지대 해소를 위한 공공인프라 확충을 목적으로 설립된 기관이라고 했다.

한편 시정부는 올해부터 식생활지원서비스를 공공영역으로 개편하고, 주야간보호기관 이용노인을 위한 기능회복 서비스를 강화하는 등 사업을 더욱 견고하게 다질 방침이라고 전했다.
