[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 25일 GH는 취약계층의 주거안정을 위해 경기도 내 10개시(부천·수원·안산·용인 등) 총 278세대 매입임대주택의 예비입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

매입임대주택사업은 저소득층 도민의 주거안정을 위하여 다가구․다세대주택 등을 매입하여 개‧보수 후 시중 시세의 30% 수준의 임대조건으로 저렴하게 임대하는 사업이며, 계약기간은 최초 2년, 재계약 요건 충족 시 최대 20년 거주 가능하다고 했다.

특히 지역별 거주 수요를 반영하여 2인 이하 가구가 살기 좋은 1형(전용50㎡이하)을 82세대, 3~4인 가구가 살기 좋은 2형(전용50~85㎡이하)을 196세대 공급하여 지역 주민의 요구를 최대한 반영한 공급이 될 것으로 기대된다고 했다.

또한, 현재 임대주택 수요가 특히 높은 수원․안산․부천 지역에 신규로 매입한 주택을 다수 공급할 예정이라 주민들의 임대주택에 대한 갈증 역시 일부 해소할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다고 했다.   

입주자격은 모집공고일(1월 25일) 기준 해당 시·군에 거주하는 무주택세대구성원으로 생계·의료급여 수급자, 한부모가족, 주거지원시급가구, 저소득 고령자(만65세 이상), 월평균소득 70% 및 100%이하 장애인, 월평균소득 50%이하 자 등이라고 했다.

신청접수는 오는 2월 14일부터 18일까지 신청자의 주민등록소재지 관할 행정복지센터에서 접수하며, 자세한 사항은 GH 홈페이지에서 확인하거나 주민등록지 관할 행정복지센터로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
