[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 11월 29일 양주시시설관리공단은 2018년부터 2021년까지 4년 지속으로 한국경영인증원 KMR으로부터 ‘공정채용 우수기관 인증’을 획득했다고 밝혔다.

‘공정채용 우수기관 인증’은 채용에 편견적 요소를 배제하고 직무능력 중심의 공정채용을 모범적으로 운영하는 공공기관 및 기업에 대하여 전문평가 기관인 한국경영인증원에서 인증을 부여하는 제도라고 했다. 

공정한 채용문화 정착을 위해 매년 공정채용 우수기관 인증 제도를 통해 우수기관을 발굴하고 있으며, 4년 지속 인증은 전국에서 총 6개 기관만이 선정됐고, 양주시시설관리공단은 공정하고 투명한 채용을 위해 NCS기반의 블라인드 채용을 실시하고 있다고 전했다.

이번 2021년 공정채용인증 평가에서 채용시스템, 채용운영, 채용성과 등 3개 부문 9개 평가항목, 59개 세부항목에 대해 서류검토와 현장심사를 통해 필기시험, 면접시험, 최종 합격자 발표 등 전반에 대해 높게 평가를 받아 4년 지속 우수기관으로 선정됐다고 했다.

공단 관계자는 “학연, 지연, 혈연 등 편견적 요인을 배제하고 공정하고 객관적인 평가를 바탕으로 직무 능력 중심의 인재를 채용하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있다”며, “공정채용 4년 지속 인증을 통해 직무능력으로 당당하게 경쟁할 수 있는 공정한 채용문화 조성에 더욱 앞장서겠다.”고 말했다.

한편, 양주시시설관리공단은 행정안전부가 전국 지방공기업을 대상으로 실시한 ‘2021년 지방공기업 경영평가’에서 3년 연속 최우수등급을 수상한 바 있다고 밝혔다.
