이번 업무협약은 두 기관이 운영하는 기업지원 프로그램을 재기지원이 필요한 중소기업에 연계해 제공함으로써, 시너지 효과 창출과 함께 신속하고 성공적으로 기업경영정상화를 지원하기 위해 마련됐다고 했다. 

앞으로 두 기관은 지원 대상을 상호 추천하고, 캠코 회생기업 지원금융(DIP*)․동산금융과 기보 재기지원 보증․컨설팅 등 연계 지원, 구조혁신지원을 위한 자본시장 투자자 매칭 등 단계별 협력을 이어갈 예정이라고 했다.
