전통시장 태평로73번길 도로는 소로2류에 해당하는 좁은 도로로 보행자·차량·노상적치물 등이 혼재되어 전통시장을 이용하는 시민들이 교통사고 등 위험한 상황이 일어날 수 있고 비상상황 시 긴급차량의 진입이 어려운 도로이고, 이를 해결하기 위해 합동점검반을 운영하여 불법노점상 및 적치물을 정비 및 계도를 통해 평소 차량통행이 어려운 전통시장 진출입로 및 보행로를 확보하여 전통시장을 이용하는 데 불편함이 없도록 개선할 예정이라고 했다.
