기존주택 매입임대사업은 GH가 주택을 매입하여 개·보수 후 생계·의료급여 수급자, 한부모가족, 장애인, 청년 등 무주택 서민에게 시세의 30%~50% 수준으로 임대하는 사업이라고 했다.

매도신청 대상주택은 매입 대상지역 내 호별 전용면적 85㎡ 이하 다가구주택 및 공동주택(다세대주택, 연립주택, 도시형생활주택)과 호별 전용면적 40㎡ 이하 주거용 오피스텔이라고 했다.

매도신청 주택을 대상으로 입지여건과 주택품질에 대한 서류심사를 거친 후 현장심사, 매입심의 등의 과정을 거쳐 매입대상을 선정한다고 했다.

매입가격은 2곳의 감정평가 기관이 평가한 금액의 산술평균치로 산정한다. 1개 감정평가기관은 매도자의 추천을 받아 가격결정의 공정성을 확보하도록 했다고 전했다.

오는 8월 27일까지 등기우편으로만 접수를 진행하며, 자세한 사항은 GH 홈페이지를 확인하면 된다고 전했다.
