[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 의정부시 정보도서관은 의정부 지역명소인 소풍길을 따라 같이 걸으며 풀꽃들을 관찰하고 사진을 촬영하는 계절별 식물 생태 탐방 프로그램인 '계절에 떠나는 소풍길'을 운영한다고 밝혔다.  

성인반과 아동반으로 나누어 쌍둥이길, 산림욕길, 명상의길, 행복길 4구간을 탐방하는 '계절에 떠나는 소풍길'은 시민들이 자연 생태 학습을 통해, 몸과 마음을 충전할 수 있도록 완만한 산책구간 및 식물 생태가 다양한 장소를 탐방 구간으로 선정하여 진행되고, 지난 6월 5일 성료된 '봄에 떠나는 소풍길'성인반에서는 냉이·꽃다지·제비꽃·각시붓꽃 등 계절에 맞는 봄 식물 및 야생화를 만나는 시간을 가졌으며, 아동반에서는 아이들에게 친숙한 개나리나 진달래 같은 봄꽃 관찰과 더불어 망원경으로 물새 관찰하기·작은 꽃 도감 만들기 등 아이들이 직접 체험할 수 있는 프로그램을 함께하여 설문 결과  98%로 높은 만족도를 보였다고 했다. 

'여름에 떠나는 소풍길'은 오는 7월 10일부터 31일까지 매주 토요일 총 4차시로 진행되며 성인 10명 및 초등학생 동반 5가족을 대상으로 하며, 참여하고자 하는 신청자는 오는 6월 23일 수요일 오전 10시부터 정보도서관 홈페이지 책문화프로그램 신청 메뉴에서 선착순으로 접수할 수 있다고 했다. 

야외 공간에서 진행하는 프로그램인 만큼 안전에 철저를 기하고자 각 계절별 모든 수강생에 대해 여행자보험을 가입하고‘사회적 거리두기’에 따른 생활방역을 준수하며 탐방을 진행한다고 했다. 

박영애 도서관운영과장은 “시민들이 안전하게 소풍길의 변화와 아름다움을 느낄 수 있도록 힐링의 시간을 제공할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
