양 기관은  '꿈꾸는 아이들' 사업 업무협약을 통한 ‘아동의 건강한 성장과 꿈 실현’을 위해 긴밀한 업무협력의 필요성을 인식하고, 취약계층 아동의 발굴 및 지원을 위해 최선의 노력을 다할 계획이고, 사회복지법인 월드비전 본부는 1950년 설립 이후, 70년 동안 취약계층 아동의 성장단계에 따른 맞춤형 프로그램과 경제적 도움을 제공하고 있는 국제구호개발 NGO단체로, 아동중심의 국제구호사업, ‘꿈꾸는 아이들’ 사업 중심의 국내사업, 식량·식수 중심의 북한 지원사업을 추진하고 있다고 말했다.

지난 2021년 4월 월드비전 경기북부지역본부는 사랑의 도시락 '주말에 뭐먹니?' 사업을 통해 주말결식이 우려되는 드림스타트 대상 아동에게 도시락 지원으로, 지속적인 후원연계에 도움을 주고 있다고 했다.
