[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 의정부시는 내년도 예산 편성에 시민들이 직접 제안하는 `2022년도 주민참여예산 제안사업’공모를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

주민참여예산제는 예산 편성 과정에서 주민 제안 사업 공모, 투표 등을 통해 주민참여를 보장하는 제도로, 수요자 중심의 정책을 발굴하고 주민의 다양한 의견을 수렴하기 위해 마련됐다고 했다.

제안대상 사업은 시에서 추진하기를 희망하는 지역 현안 사업 및 시 전반에 파급효과가 미치는 주민 건의 사업이라고 했다.

단 국·도비 보조사업, 인건비 등 의무·법정경비와 경상적 경비, 공연·축제·행사성 경비, 특정단체의 지원(프로그램 등)사업, 계속비 사업은 제외된다고 했다.
