이번 콘테스트는 영유아의 행복한 모습을 담은 사진 공유를 통해 출산 장려 분위기를 조성하고 전국적 육아 네트워크 형성에 기여하기 위해 마련했다고 전했다. 

공모주제는 취학 전 영유아의 행복한 모습, 가족이 함께하는 행복한 모습, 행복한 어린이집 생활과 보육 활동 모습, 센터 프로그램 활동의 행복한 영유아 모습이고, 미취학 자녀를 둔 부모나 보육기관 종사자가 출품할 수 있으며 가족 부문, 어린이집 부문, 센터 부문으로 나눠 진행한다고 했다.

전국 수상작 발표와 시상은 오는 7월 초 예정이며 양주시육아종합지원센터 자체 수상작 심의도 함께 진행, 오는 7월 중순에 수상작을 발표할 계획이라고 했다.
