이번 공모전은 영유아 등 미취학 아동의 다양한 권리존중 사례 공유를 통해 아동학대예방과 아동권리존중에 대한 인식확산을 통해 아이들이 행복한 세상을 만들기 위한 것이라고 전했다.

참가를 희망하는 어린이집은 아동의 기본권이 존중되는 사례를 2분 내외 UCC(해상도 1280X720픽셀 이상, 확장자 avi, mp4)로 제작해 오는 10월 22일까지 참가 신청서와 함께 이메일로 제출하면 된다고 했다.

심사는 영유아 및 아동권리 관련 전문가, 아동참여위원회 위원으로 구성된 별도의 심사위원회에서 유엔 아동권리협약의 아동 4대권리인 생존권, 보호권, 발달권, 참여권을 기반으로 참신성, 활용성, 영유아 출연적합성, 작품의 완성도 등을 평가해 수상작품을 선정할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

공모 결과는 오는 11월 첫째 주에 홈페이지 게시, 개별 통지하고, 수상작품은 양주시육아종합지원센터 홈페이지와 유튜브를 통해 공개할 예정이라고 했다.
