[김택곤 기자=영월군] 영월군은 1월 27일 영월읍을 시작으로 2023년 군정비전과 운영방향을 제시하는 군정 주민설명회를 개최한다.

올해의 주요 핵심 사업을 군민들에게 설명하고 그에 대한 군민 의견을 수렴하는 등 소통과 공감의 시간을 가질 계획이다.

이번 군정 주민설명회는 2023년 읍면 주요 업무 보고와 군정 현황 설명이 이루어지고 읍면별 핵심사업 및 예산투자 설명과 군정 설명에 대한 질의응답 등으로 진행된다.

군정 핵심사업으로 영월의료원 이전 신축 사업, 동서고속도로 착공 및 태백선 준고속열차 EMU-150 도입, 동서강 정원 청령포원 조성, 동서강 수월래 프로젝트, 봉래산 명소화사업, 운탄고도1330 여행길 조성, 다양한 청년정책 등 그간 입안해 놓은 사업들을 주민들과 공유하고 진행사항을 설명한다. 

한편, 군정 주민설명회는 ▲1.27일 영월읍, 북면, 남면 ▲30일 주천면, 무릉도원면, 한반도면, ▲2.1일 상동읍, 산솔면, 김삿갓면 순으로 개최된다.
