[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(군수 심재국)은 군민 중심의 책임행정 실현과 군민의 행정서비스 만족도 제고 등 대민접점 최일선 행정기관인 읍·면사무소의 기초 행정서비스 경쟁력 향상을 위해 읍·면 행정실적평가를 도입·추진 한다고 밝혔다.

내년부터 시행되는 읍·면 행정실적평가는 찾아가는 소통행정 실현, 주민 갈등 해소, 함께하는 공동체 만들기, 복지 서비스 확대 등 강화된 읍·면 기능에 중점을 두고 추진할 예정이며, 아울러, 군정 중점 추진 사업 중 읍·면의 협조 또는 지속적인 추진 점검이 필요한 업무와 정부합동평가 지표도 평가지표에 반영할 계획이다.

군은 12월 중 읍·면과 부서 의견을 취합해 내년 1월 최종 읍·면 평가지표를 확정·시행할 계획이며, 우수 읍·면에 대해서는 종무식에서 포상금을 시상하여 직원 사기를 진작시킬 예정이다.
