[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(군수 심재국) 어린이급식관리지원센터에서 등록급식소 유아 321명을 대상으로 지난 11월 14일부터 총 13회에 걸쳐 찾아가는 유아 식습관 개선 을 위해 인형극, ‘달짜왕국에 간 별이’를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 인형극은 주인공 별이가 아이스크림, 과자, 라면 등 달고 짠 음식이 가득한 달짜왕국을 모험하는 이야기로 유아들에게 저염·저당 식습관의 중요성을 알려주기 위해 기획되었다. 

인형극을 관람한 한 어린이집 교사는 “코로나 때문에 아이들이 바깥 활동을 많이 하지 못했는데, 이렇게 직접 방문해서 함께 신나게 춤도 추고 저염·저당 식습관에 대해 인형극으로 재미있게 알려줘서 아이들이 정말 즐거워했다.”라고 밝혔다.
