[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(군수 샘재국)은 7일부터  문화복지센터 내 2층에 북카페를 조성해 주민들에게 공개 운영한다고 밝혔다.

신규 도서 및 주민들의 기부도서 3,000여 권의 책이 비치되어 있으며, 일요일과 법정공휴일을 제외하고 오전 9시에서 오후 6시까지 주민 누구나 자유로이 이용할 수 있다.

전해순 가족복지과장은 “평창군민 스스로 북카페 공간을 관리하고 활용하는 주인의식을 가지고 시설을 이용하시기를 바라며, 다양한 이용 목적에 부합할 수 있는 편안하고 쾌적한 북카페가 되어 주민들이 애용하는 시설이 되기를 희망한다”라고 말했다.
