[서종협 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시(시장 이상호)는 오는 28일까지 지역 내 일반음식점 및 집단급식소를 대상으로 모범·먹거리 음식점 신규지정 신청을 접수한다고 밝혔다.

신규 지정 희망업소는 신청서를 작성해 외식업 태백시지부 또는 시청 주민생활지원과를 방문 또는 우편 접수하면 된다. 단, 기존 모범·먹거리 지정 음식점은 신청을 생략하고 재심사를 실시한다.

시는 좋은 식단 실천 등 모범음식점 지정 기준 준수 여부와 시설 기준 및 영업자 준수사항 등 식품위생법 위반 여부 등을 확인하고 음식문화개선운동 추진위원회 심의를 거쳐 최종 선정할 계획이다.

모범음식점은 위생, 서비스, 맛, 기여도 및 부가점수를 합산해 85점 이상 이며 기존 지정업소의 경우 동일 기준으로 재심사 후 기준 미달시 지정 취소된다.

시는 오는 10월 31일 한 선정 결과를 통보하고 모범 먹거리 음식점으로 지정된 업소에 상수도료 감면, 쓰레기 종량제 봉투 지원, 좋은식단실천 물품지원, 2년간 출입검사 면제 등 다양한 인센티브를 제공할 예정이다.
