구입 유물은 ▶포천반월성, 영평현 관아, 독산봉수지, 태봉태실 ▶포천 관련 인물(문중) 유물: 인흥군(仁興君,1604~1651), 낭선군(朗善君, 1637~1693), 김창흡(金昌翕, 1653~1722), 이서구(李書九, 1754,~1825) ▶포천지역에서 활동했던 최익현 관련 자료 등으로 문화적 학술적 가치가 높은 자료다. 

구입된 유물은 포천역사문화관에서 전시 및 연구 자료로 활용한다.

개인소장가, 문화재매매업자 및 법인 또는 단체 누구나 참가할 수 있으며, 유물 매도 신청 방법은 포천시청 홈페이지에서 행정정보-고시공고-포천역사문화관 검색 후 공고문과 유물매도신청서 및 개인정보 서식을 내려받아 작성한 후 오는 9월 23일까지 전자우편 또는 등기우편 접수하면 된다.
