[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 29일 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 의정부 탑석센트럴자이 장기전세주택 149호(전용면적 49㎡)에 대한 입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

장기전세주택은 재건축아파트를 매입해 주변시세의 80% 이하로 공급하는 주택으로 시세보다 저렴하게 거주할 수 있으며, 입주자 선정은 무주택세대구성원 중 월평균소득(전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균소득 150% 이하), 자산보유 등 공고문에서 정하는 자격요건을 충족한 자 중 순위에 따라 선발된다고 했다.

한편 대상주택은 역세권일뿐만 아니라 신축아파트(총 2,573세대)기 때문에 큰 인기를 끌 것으로 예상되고, 기타 자세한 내용은 GH임대주택 청약센터 임대주택 청약공고에 게시된 모집공고문을 통하여 확인할 수 있다고 전했다. 

청약 신청은 오는 5월 16일부터 18일까지 GH임대주택 청약센터 홈페이지를 통해 하며, 만 65세 이상 고령자 및 장애인 등 온라인 신청이 어려운 계층 중 방문예약접수 신청자에 한해 현장접수를 진행한다고 했다.
