[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 4월 13일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 ‘2022년 사회공헌 추진계획’을 수립하고, 본격적인 사회공헌활동을 전개한다고 밝혔다.

 

캠코는 올해 사회공헌 추진목표를 ‘국민과의 소통으로 사회적 책임을 이행하고, 지속가능한 가치를 키우는 캠코’로 정했으며, 코로나19 장기화에 따른 양극화 완화와 지역경제 활성화, 미래 변화에 대비한 사회적가치를 창출하기 위해서라고 했다. 

 

이에 캠코는 CEO 경영철학인 소통․공정, 윤리책임, 미래전환을 바탕으로, 2022년 사회공헌활동을 일자리지원형, 희망나눔형, 미래성장형으로 나누어 추진할 계획이라고 전했다. 

 

먼저, 캠코는 ｢일자리지원형｣ 사업을 통해 임직원의 업무역량과 경험을 공유하는 소통의 장을 마련해 지역인재 양성을 지원한다고 전했다. 

 

구체적으로는, 대학생 등 취업준비생의 취업역량 강화를 돕는 전국 대학생 대상의 ‘대학생 취업잡(Job)이’ 부산지역 ‘대학생 역량강화 네트워크(BUFF*)’, ‘청소년 직장체험’ 등이 있다고 했다.

특히, 올해부터는 부산지역 아동복지시설의 환경 개선을 위해 침실, 주방 개보수를 지원하며, 복지시설 내 보호종료(예정)아동에 대해서도 경제적 자립을 위한 대학진학 준비 및 자격증 취득비용을 지원할 방침이라고 했다.
