[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월 8일까지 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 공공개발사업(기술분야)의 자문 및 심의를 담당할 ‘제5기 공공개발사업 기술자문위원’ 500명을 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

기술자문위원은 캠코에서 시행하는 공공개발사업 관련 각종 건설기술에 대한 자문, 설계 및 건설사업관리용역자 선정 심사, 관급자재 선정 심의 등의 업무를 수행하게 되며, 임기는 위촉일로부터 2년이라고 했다.

모집 분야는 건축계획, 건축구조, 건축시공, 기계설비, 전기설비, 통신설비, 토목, 조경, 도시계획·환경, 품질·안전 등 총 10개 분야이며, 총 500명을 선정할 계획이라고 했다.  

캠코는 3월 18일부터 오는 4월 8일까지 3주간 이메일을 통해 후보자 신청 접수를 받아 5월 초 최종 위촉할 예정으로, 신청자격 등 자세한 사항은 캠코 홈페이지 공지사항을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.

권남주 캠코 사장은 “캠코 공공개발사업에 대한 안전과 건축물 품격 향상을 위해서는 분야별 전문가들과의 협업이 중요하다”며, “국민과 정부 모두의 편익 증대를 위한 공공개발 사업인 만큼 역량과 책임감을 갖춘 전문가들의 적극적 참여를 기대한다”고 말했다. 

한편, 캠코는 공공개발 전문기관으로서 기획재정부와 지방자치단체로부터 공공청사 등의 개발 및 관리업무를 위탁받아 수행하고 있으며, 노후화된 국세청 건물을 재건축한 나라키움 저동빌딩부터 세종국책연구단지까지 총 46건의 국‧공유재산 위탁개발을 성공적으로 완수하여 필요 공공시설을 적기에 공급하고 있다고 전했다.
