[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 24일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 지난 23일 부산국제금융센터(BIFC) 본사에서 캠코 12개 지역본부가 온라인 영상회의를 통해 참가하는 ｢2022년 조세정리사업 전략회의｣를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 전략회의는 체납 조세정리 전담기관인 캠코가, 국세청의 ‘코로나19 장기화에 따른 포용적 징수행정 확대’와 ‘악성체납자에 대한 조세정의 실현’이라는 세정정책을 뒷받침하기 위한 추진전략을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다고 했다.

캠코는 이날 회의에서 올해 ‘2030 미래 선도형 국가재정 지원 전문기관’으로의 도약을 목표로 지속가능 혁신 성장, 업무 프로세스 혁신, 재정수입 플랫폼 확대, 사회적 책임 실현 등을 4대 전략목표로 설정했다고 전했다. 

전략목표 달성을 위해 캠코는 안정적 업무기반 구축, 新성장 사업추진, 일하는 방식 및 업무프로세스 개선, 조세행정 서비스 제고, 포용적 적극행정 확대 등 24개의 세부 추진과제를 단계적으로 시행해 나갈 계획이라고 했다. 

특히, 올해 캠코는 지난해 1월 국세징수법 개정*으로 압류일로부터 1년이 도래하는 체납재산의 공매대행 의뢰가 증가될 것으로 예상되어, 안정적 업무 수행을 위해 내부 전문성 강화, 대외기관 협업과 RPA**를 도입한 차세대 조세정리시스템 구현을 준비하고 있다고 전했다.
