[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12월 3일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 캠코인재개발원(충남 아산시)에서 전국 42개 대학교에서 100명의 학생이 참여하는 ｢캠코 희망 리플레이(Replay) 대학생 취업잡(Job)이 5기 취업캠프｣를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

‘캠코 대학생 취업잡(Job)이’는 금융권 취업을 준비하는 대학생들의 취업역량 강화를 위해 캠코가 지난 2017년부터 펼치고 있는 일자리지원형 사회공헌활동으로, 참가자에게 앞으로 3개월간 취업캠프와 컨설팅, 면접 코칭 등을 지원한다고 했다.

이번 취업캠프에서는 신흥식 캠코 사장 직무대행이 대학생들과 함께 취업고민과 진로에 대해 소통하는 ‘솔직ㆍ담백 취업 공감토크’를 시작으로, 금융권 채용 트랜드, 금융산업 이해 등 취업역량 강화를 위한 전문가 특강이 이어졌다고 했다.

캠프에 참가한 한 대학생은 “코로나19 등으로 취업이 어려워 걱정이 많았는데, 취업캠프에서 얻은 취업관련 정보와 노하우를 발판삼아 금융권 취업에 꼭 성공하고 싶다”고 참가 소감을 밝혔다.

신흥식 캠코 사장 직무대행은 “취업잡(Job)이 참가 대학생들이 캠코가 마련한 프로그램들을 통해 코로나19를 딛고, 캠코 등 금융권 취업에 성공하기를 바란다”며, “앞으로도 캠코는 청년세대들이 바라는 알찬 프로그램들을 마련해 내실 있는 지원을 이어갈 것”이라고 말했다.
