이번 교육은 영유아의 편식 개선을 주제로 어린이의 영양문제, 영양관리의 필요성, 영양소 균형의 이해, 영유아의 식습관 지도 방법에 대해 알아보는 시간을 가질 예정이며 코로나19 확산이 지속되고 있어 온라인 실시간 화상강의로 진행된다고 말했다.

안선정 센터장(신한대학교 식품조리과학부 교수)은 “이번 교육을 통하여 어린이 급식소에서도 영유아의 편식 개선과 바람직한 식습관을 형성하는데 도움이 되길 바란다”라고 전했다.
