[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코는 중장기 사업 잠재력을 강화하고, 전문역량 확보 등을 통해 혁신 성과를 창출하고자 2021년 하반기 경력직을 공개 채용한다고 밝혔다.

채용분야는 ‘회계사’ 5명, ‘감정평가사’ 1명, ‘변호사’ 3명, ‘DBA*’ 1명, ‘전기’ 1명 등 총 5개 분야 11명이며, 전원 정규직으로 선발한다고 전했다.

채용분야별로 관련 자격증 소지자 및 해당 업무경력자 등에 한해 지원 가능하며, 자세한 내용은 공고문을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 전했다. 

지난 2014년부터 ‘열린․공정․사회형평적’ 채용을 지향하고 있는 캠코는 이번 채용에서도 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반의 채용을 통해 전문역량을 갖춘 우수인재를 선발한다고 했다.

선발과정은 서류전형과 1차 면접, 2차 면접을 통해 이뤄진다. 서류전형은 입사지원서를 바탕으로 직무 분야별 적격성과 적합성을 평가하고, 1차 면접은 PT면접으로 경력ㆍ자격을, 2차 면접은 심층면접으로 직무 수행에 필요한 역량들을 종합적으로 평가할 예정이라고 했다.

입사지원서 접수는 캠코 채용 홈페이지를 통해 9월 23일부터 오는 10월 12일 15시까지 진행되며, 11월 중 최종 합격자를 발표한다고 밝혔다.

한편, 지원자는 코로나 확산 예방, 응시자 건강 및 안정적인 면접 진행을 위해 발열체크, 손소독 안내 등에 협조하여야 하며, 면접장에서는 반드시 마스크를 착용하여야 한다고 했다.
