[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 9월 15일부터 오는 11월 5일까지 캠코는 ｢국유재산 개발․활용 국민아이디어 공모전｣을 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

캠코가 주최하는 이번 공모전은 국유재산 개발․활용을 위한 참신한 국민 아이디어와 지방자치단체 접점의 협력사업 발굴을 위해 마련됐다고 전했다.

공모주제는 국민 삶의 질 제고와 취약계층 지원, 일자리 창출 등을 위한 국유재산 개발ㆍ활용 방안이며, 일반국민과 지자체 공무원 부문으로 나누어 진행된다고 했다.

‘일반국민 부문’은 입지여건 대비 활용도가 낮은 국유재산 30곳이 대상이며, ‘지자체 공무원 부문’은 지자체 소재 국유재산에 대한 단독 또는 공유재산 융․복합 개발․활용 방안으로 구분된다고 했다.

공모전에는 국민 누구나(개인 또는 3명 이내 팀) 참가할 수 있으며, 캠코는  적합성과 가능성, 효과성, 혁신성 등을 기준으로 우수작 총 16건을 선정해 12월 중 결과를 발표할 예정이라고 했다.

선정된 우수작에 대해서는 일반국민 부문 대상 1팀(500만원), 최우수상 2팀(300만원) 등 10팀(2,100만원)과 지자체 부문 대상 1팀(300만원), 최우수상 1팀(200만원) 등 6팀(800만원)에 상금 총 2,900만원과 캠코사장상이 수여된다고 했다.

참가 희망자는 오는 11월 5일까지 제안서를 공모전 전용 홈페이지(에 제출하면 되며, 공모전과 관련된 세부사항은 홈페이지 공지사항을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.

캠코는 이번 공모전을 통해 국유재산 활용과 가치 제고에 대한 국민적 관심도를 높이고, 국유재산 이용주체로서 국민의 시각에서 나온 참신한 아이디어를 향후 국유재산 개발ㆍ활용 정책에 적극 반영할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 

문성유 캠코 사장은 “국유재산은 국민 모두의 재산인 만큼, 폭 넓고 다양한 의견과 아이디어를 반영하는 것이 필요하다”며, 국유재산의 활용도와 가치를 높일 수 있도록 국민 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 지난 2014년과 2017년에 실시한 공모전의 최우수 아이디어를 사업화해, 해상컨테이너를 활용한 대학생 기숙사* 신축, 스마트폰을 통한 국유재산 불법사용 신고센터 개설․운영 등 국유재산의 효율적 관리․활용방안 발굴을 위해 노력하고 있다고 전했다.
