[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] GH는 청년층 주거안정을 위하여 청년형 매입임대주택 5개시 43호의 예비입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

청년형 매입임대주택은 다세대․다가구․오피스텔 등의 기존주택을 GH가 매입하여 시중 시세보다 저렴한 임대료로 무주택 청년에게 공급하는 주택으로, 이번에 공급되는 주택은 수원․용인․안산․김포․고양시에 위치한다고 했다.

신청자격은 미혼인 무주택 청년으로, 대학생, 취업준비생, 만 19세 이상 만 39세 이하 중 하나에 해당하며, 본인의 소득이 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균소득의 100%(3,589,957원) 이하이면 신청 가능하다고 했다.

수원 지역 공급주택은 광교 신도시와 그 주변에 입지하여 청년들에게 저렴한 가격에 질 높은 주거 인프라를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다고 전했다.

또한, 용인시 공급주택은 죽전역 및 수지구청역과 모두 인접하고 성북천과도 가까운 거리에 있어 보다 살기 좋은 거주 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다고 했다.
