이날 전달식은 다시 확산하는 코로나19의 감염을 사전 예방하여 조합원들을 보호하자는 취지에서 마련되었고, 마스크는 우편발송 등을 통해 조합원 1인당 마스크 130개씩, 총 16만개가 조합원 가정에 전달될 예정이라고 했다.

영농회장단을 대표해 참석한 홍재록 회장은 “어렵고 힘든 시기에 조합원을 위해 마스크를 지원해 주어 큰 힘이 된다”며 감사를 표했다.

정진호 조합장은 “최근 변이 바이러스로 인해 확산세가 지속되고 있는 가운데 작은 정성이지만 조합원들이 감염증을 예방하는데 도움이 되길 바라며, 보다 철저한 개인위생과 방역관리로 코로나19 종식에 한발짝 다가갈 수 있기를 바란다”고 말했다.
