이날 선포한 공단의 새로운 비전(VISION)은 '안전한 시설관리로 고객행복을 추구하는 혁신 선도 공기업'이며, 비전을 달성하기 위한 핵심가치로는 상생협력, 고객중심, 시설안전, 전문역량이며, 또한 경영목표는 안전사고 ZERO, 고객 만족도 향상, 경영평가 '가' 등급 달성으로, 전략목표로는 지속성장을 위한 경영기반 구축, 경쟁 우위 확보를 위한 조직역량 향상, 사회적 가치 실현을 위한 참여와 협력강화로 설정하였고, 이를 달성하기 위하여 10개의 전략과제와 28개의 실행계획을 수립하고 향후 5개년 동안 전 임직원이 노력하겠다고 다짐하였다고 했다.

2021년 상반기에 추진한 공단의 중장기 전략경영계획 수립의 결과와 전 직원의 의견을 수렴하여 공단이 한 단계 더 높은 도약할 수 있는 장기적인 목표와 새로운 비전을 선포하는 뜻깊은 자리였다고 했다.
