[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 8월 17일 캠코는 캠코가 갖고 있는 국가자산 관리 노하우를 요르단 정부에 전수하기 위해 요르단 재정부 공무원 24명을 대상으로 온라인 연수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 한국국제협력단(KOICA) 글로벌 연수사업 ‘씨앗(CIAT)*’의 일환으로 추진됐으며, ｢국유부동산의 효율적 관리ㆍ처분 및 개발을 위한 역량강화｣를 주제로 지난 8월 16일부터 오는 8월 27일까지 2주간 일정으로 진행된다고 했다.

* 씨앗(CIAT : Capacity Improvement and Advancement for Tomorrow) : ‘더 나은 미래를 위한 역량강화’라는 의미로, 개발도상국 공무원, 연구원 등을 대상으로 실시하는 인적자원개발 사업

캠코는 이번 연수를 통해 그간 쌓아온 국유부동산 관리·처분, 공공부동산 개발·관리, 자산처분시스템 온비드 운영 등 노하우와 사례를 공유․전수해 요르단 정부의 국가자산 관리․처분에 대한 이해와 역량 강화를 돕는다고 했다.

캠코는 연수 웹페이지에 미리 제작한 강의 영상을 올리고, 연수생이 직접 요르단 국가자산 관리현황을 발표함으로써 맞춤형 실행계획을 도출할 수 있도록 실시간 소통 프로그램을 구성, 구체적이고 실효성 있게 연수를 진행할 계획이라고 했다.

문성유 캠코 사장은 “이번 연수를 통해 캠코의 경험과 노하우가 요르단 국가자산 관리 정책수립에 도움이 되길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 캠코는 글로벌 교류･협력을 강화해 공공부문에서 한류의 큰 흐름에 보탬이 되도록 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 2001년부터 중국, 태국 등 15개국 34개 기관에 부실채권 정리와 국유재산 관리ㆍ개발 경험 등을 전수하고 있으며, 카자흐스탄, 콜럼비아 등에 Knowledge Sharing Program 정책 컨설팅(총 8회)을 성공적으로 수행했다고 전했다.
