그 밖에 하반기 개최 예정인 지역 문화예술 행사 등은 코로나19 상황에 따라 비대면 공연 등 정부방침을 준수하여 탄력적으로 추진하겠다고 했다. 

최용덕 동두천시장은 “시를 대표하는 축제들이 올해는 불가피하게 개최되지 못하지만 내년에 상황이 안정되면 철저한 준비를 통해 축제가 개최될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
