[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 7월15일 가평군 환경성질환 예방관리센터는 개관 2주년을 맞아 “숲의 약속”이 운영하는 카카오 채널을 통해 가평 군수 김성기의 개관 기념 축사 동영상 및 비대면 인형극을 진행한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 인형극 기간 동안 누구나 카카오 채널을 통해 인형극을 시청할 수 있으며  그동안 숲의 약속에서 진행한 다양한 프로그램 자료를 채널을 통해 볼 수 있다고 했다. 

가평군 환경성질환 예방관리센터 “숲의 약속”은 코로나19 언택트 시대에 발 맞춰 비대면 교육 및 찾아가는 실험 교육, 센터 내 다양한 프로그램을 실시하고 있으며 현재 이용인원(중복인원)은 6,285명에 다다른다고 전했다.

수도권에서 가장 근거리에 위치한 친환경 아토피 힐링 센터로 ‘19년 7월 15일 개관 이후 도시화와 현대화로 인하여 지친 많은 사람들에게 마음의 치유의 장소로 제공되며 환경성질환 예방관리센터 역할을 성실히 수행해 나가고 있다고 했다. 

경기도 가평군 상면 행현리 축령산 자락에 자리 잡은 가평군 환경성질환 예방관리센터는 지하 1층, 지상2층, 전체면적 2천83㎡ 규모로 건립되었으며 지하1층에는 치유존, 샤워실, 목욕 체험실이, 지상1, 2층에는 건강관리실, 명상실, 놀이방, 강당, 식당 등이 있으며 자연 친화적 환경을 갖춘 유아 숲이 자리하고 있어 어린이들의 숲속 교육 장소로 활용되고 있다고 했다.

이에 가평군 관계자는 “환경성질환 예방관리센터 숲의 약속은 우수한 자연환경을 기반으로 경기 북부의 친환경 치유 공간으로 자리매김하고 있다.” 라고 말했다.
