[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8일부터 2일간 GH는 다산신도시 내 공공주택 단지인 다산진건 B3블록 주택건설 현장에서 입주를 대비한 현장 품질점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

다산진건 B3블록은 2018년 12월 착공하여 올해 7월말 입주하는 공공주택 단지로 세대수는 878세대이며, 세대는 전용면적 74㎡와 84㎡ 2개 Type으로 이루어져 있고, 주민 편의시설로는 국공립 어린이집, 티하우스, 맘스스테이션, 휘트니스 시설 등이 있다고 했다. 

GH 직원들은 이번 현장점검에서 단지 중앙에 위치한 티하우스 등의 커뮤니티 시설과 산책로를 점검하며 입주자의 만족도를 높이기 위한품질점검을 실시했다고 했다.

한편, GH는 최근 발생하는 공동주택 택배 분쟁을 사전에 예방하기 위해 해당 블록의 지하주차장 높이를 2.7m로 높여 택배차량이 진입할 수 있도록 했다고 전했다.

GH 이헌욱 사장은 “GH 공공주택을 누구나 살고 싶은 주택이 되도록 고품질의 설계를 실시해, 입주자에게 만족을 넘어 감동을 줄 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
