[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 7월 6일부터 14일까지 캠코는 한국조세재정연구원과 함께 우즈베키스탄 국가자산관리청(SAMA*) 임직원 30여명을 대상으로 ｢우즈베키스탄 국가자산관리기구 역량 강화 및 국영기업 민영화 촉진을 위한 온라인 연수｣를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

 * SAMA(State Assets Management Agency, 사장 Akmalkhon Ortikov) : ’19.1월 국영기업 및 국유재산의 효율적인 민영화를 위해 설립된 기구로, 국영기업 민영화 및 경영개선, 국유재산 관리, 파산·부실기업 구조조정 등이 주요 업무

이번 연수는 캠코, 한국조세재정연구원, SAMA가 지난 2월 체결한 업무협약*의 후속조치로, SAMA 주도의 우즈베키스탄 국영기업 혁신 및 민영화 추진을 지원하기 위해 마련됐으며, 유럽부흥개발은행** 신탁기금을 활용해 진행된다고 했다.

캠코는 연수용 홈페이지에 사전 제작 교육영상을 게재해, 참가자 이해를 돕고 강의 완성도를 높이는 한편, 질의응답 등 소통이 활성화될 것으로 기대하고 있다고 전했다.

문성유 캠코 사장은 “캠코가 한국조세재정연구원과 협업해 마련한 이번 연수가 우즈베키스탄 국영기업 개혁 로드맵 실행에 도움이 되기를 바란다”며, “앞으로도 캠코는 지식․인적 교류 확대와 함께 성공적 ‘신북방 경제 협력모델’을 만들어 갈 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다. 

한편, 캠코는 지난 2001년부터 중국, 태국 등 15개국 33개 기관을 대상으로  부실채권 정리와 국유재산 관리․개발 경험 등을 전수하고 있으며, 베트남, 카자흐스탄, 콜롬비아 등을 상대로 총 8회의 KSP(Knowledge Sharing Program) 정책자문 컨설팅을 성공적으로 수행한 바 있다고 밝혔다.
