[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 캠코는 공공자산 처분시스템 온비드가 2002년 서비스 개시 이후 19년 만에 누적 거래금액 90조원, 회원수 220만명을 돌파했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 누적 거래금액 90조원 달성은 지난해 7월 80조원을 돌파한지 11개월만으로, 70조원에서 80조원을 달성하는데 1년 5개월이 소요된 것에 비해 약 6개월이 단축됐다고 했다.

물건 검색부터 입찰 전 과정을 온라인으로 편리하게 처리하는 온비드 입찰 환경과 부동산 가격 상승 분위기 속에서, 상대적으로 시세보다 낮은 가격에 부동산을 취득할 수 있는 공매시장으로 투자자들이 몰린 것으로 보인다고 했다.

최근 1년(’20.7월~’21.6월) 온비드에서 거래된 부동산 매각금액은 9조원으로 직전 기간(’19.7월~’20.6월) 6조원 대비 48% 증가했고, 임대물건 거래비중은 2020년 말 대비 2.8%p 상승한 20%, 평균경쟁률도 2.6:1에서 3.1:1로 상승했다고 했다.

또한, 정부․공공기관 관용차를 중심으로 온비드에서 연간 7천대 이상 거래되는 자동차는 운행 거리에 비해 관리상태가 양호한 물건이 많아 경쟁률*이 지속적으로 높아지고 있다고 전했다.
