캠코는 설명회를 통해 최근 도입․시행중인 ‘투자형 매각’ 제도를 소개하고, 해운․물류 등 올해 유망업종 물납기업 정보를 투자자들에게 제공함으로써 물납주식 거래 활성화의 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다고 전했다.

문성유 캠코 사장은 “이번 투자설명회와 ‘투자형 매각’ 제도 도입으로 민간 자본을 활용한 물납주식 거래 활성화의 토대를 마련하게 되었다“며, “앞으로도 캠코는 투자기관과의 네트워크를 견고히 해 국고수입 증대는 물론, 물납기업 가치를 제고할 수 있는 시장 친화적 거래 환경을 만들어가겠다“고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 물납기업의 지속 성장 지원을 위해 중소벤처기업진흥공단, 신용보증기금, 한국거래소, 한국벤처투자, 중소기업중앙회 등 5개 기관과 업무 협약을 체결하고 관계기관 협력을 통해 정책자금 지원·컨설팅·상장준비 지원 등 물납기업에 대한 맞춤형 지원 제도를 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
