먼저 도서관 1층 로비는 ‘봄날의 그림책’이라는 주제로, 봄에 걸맞은 화사한 컬러 표지가 돋보이는 도서 20권을 전시했으며, 1층 복도와 어린이누리실에는 봄과 관련된 그림책 100권을 전시하고 있다고 말했다.
 

2층 책누리실 및 복도에는 봄에 떠나는 국내 언텍트 여행명소와 ‘역알못도 술술 익히는 쉽고 재미있는 역사책’, ‘나는 어떤 체질’, ‘국가별 문학작품’(독일), ‘4월의 작가 김중혁’ 등 다양한 주제의 책를 비치하고 있다고 했다.
 

동두천시립도서관은 앞으로도 그동안 코로나로 움츠러들었던 마음을 책을 통해 위로받고, 마음의 스트레칭을 할 수 있도록, 이용자들에게 매월 다양한 주제의 도서들을 제공하여, 즐거운 독서활동을 지원할 예정이라고 전했다.
