[김택곤 기자=정선군] 임계청소년문화의집과 상지대학교 디지털새싹캠프사업단은 교육부와 한국과학창의재단이 주관하는 SW·AI교육 캠프 운영의 일환으로 디지털새싹캠프를 진행한다.

겨울방학을 맞이한 임계·여량면 초·중 청소년을 대상으로 상지대학교 디지털새싹캠프사업단에서는 주강사(대학교수)와 보조강사(컴퓨터공학과 대학생, 초중고 교사 및 외부 전문가), 안전·재난 관리(소방안전공학과 교수, 대학원생, 대학생 및 외부 전문가), 감염병 관리(간호학과 교수 및 대학생) 등을 포함한 전문가팀이 임계청소년문화의집을 직접 방문하여 청소년들에게 소프트웨어와 인공지능에 대한 관심과 흥미를 유발하고 체험과 교육의 기회를 제공하는 디지털 교육캠프로 진행한다.

디지털새싹캠프에 참여한 김별이(임계중2) 학생은 “평소 관심은 많이 있었지만 직접 만들어 보고 체험해 보는 디지털새싹캠프가 의미 있고 매우 흥미로웠다”라고 말했다.
