[김택곤 기자=정선군] 정선군은 15일 임계면에서 청년활동 거점공간인 '임계 다같이피움, 뙡' 개소식을 개최하고 본격 운영에 들어갔다.

2021년 행정안전부에서 실시한 지역사회 활성화 기반조성 사업에 선정되어 총사업비 8억 원을 들여 임계면 송계10길 24-7번지에 올해 하반기에 조성을 완료하고 임계면애향청년회와 행정재산 관리위탁을 체결하였다.

건물은 연면적 254.2㎡ 2층 규모로 1층은 농산물 가공 시험생산 시설로, 2층은 지역 청년들의 커뮤니티 공간으로 활용된다. 

뙡은 임계면 도전리의 옛 지명이며 전국에서 가장 짧은 지명이다.
