[김준호 기자=영월군] 최명서 영월군수는 8일(토) 산솔면 녹전3리 마을 일원에서 전통문화 전승을 위한 영월군 삼굿축제추진위원회가 개최한 제20회 삼굿축제에 참석했다.

마을주민이 주도해온 삼굿  체험을 축제로 승화시킨 전국 유일의 삼굿테마 축제는 올해로 20회를 맞았다.

주요 행사는 성황당 고유제를 시작으로 어린이 사생대회와 지윷놀이대회, 혼례문화를 직접 체험해 볼 수 있는‘전통혼례시연’과 삼굿에 진물붓기로 활화산 같은 수증기를 내뿜으며 축제장에 열기를 한층 더 고조시켰다.

삼굿축제추진위원회 관계자는“코로나19 이후 3년 만에 열리는 축제인 만큼, 주민들뿐만 아니라 관광객이 함께 어울려 소통과 화합의 장이 펼쳐지는 대표 향토 축제로 자리매김할 것으로 기대된다”고 말했다.
