[김준호 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 천곡동 새마을부녀회에서 8월 23일 천곡동 행정복지센터를 방문해 천곡동 행복드림냉장고 이용 시민들과 저소득층을 위해 사용해 달라며 20만원 상당의 곰국 및 떡국을 기탁했다.

이번 사업은 동해시 부녀회에서 실시하는 행복동해 반찬나눔 릴레이 사업의 일환으로, 천곡동 부녀회는 그동안 여러 수익 사업을 실시하여 마련한 기금으로 식품 후원을 하게 됐다. 

진복남 회장은 “천곡동 새마을부녀회에서 준비한 식품이 저소득층에게 조금이나마 도움을 되길 바라며, 앞으로도 부녀회원님들과 함께 도움이 필요한 곳에 최선을 다해 봉사하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
