또한, 지연 기간 30일 이후에 3일 초과 시 1만원 가산에 최고 과태료는 40만원에서 10만원 가산에 최고 과태료 300만원으로 올랐으며, 건설기계 조종사면허 적성검사 미이행 과태료도 기존 2만원이었으나, 앞으로는 5만원이 부과된다.

유효기간 만료일로부터 30일 이후에는 3일 초과 시 기존 1만원 가산에서 5만원 가산으로, 최고 과태료는 기존 50만원에서 200만원으로 변경됐다.

이와 더불어, 유효기간 경과 건설기계 운행에 대한 과태료가 신설됐으며, 정기검사 기간이 끝난 날로부터 31일이 지난 건설기계를 운행할 경우 1차 50만원, 2차 70만원, 3차 100만원의 과태료를 부과한다.

춘천시 관계자는 “건설기계 관련 과태료가 상향 부과되므로 불이익을 받지 않도록 기간 내 정기검사 및 적성검사를 받기를 당부드린다”고 말했다.

한편, 춘천시에는 6월 말 기준으로 3,088대의 건설기계가 등록돼 있다.
