[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 지난 25일 부산지방고용노동청에서 고용노동부 주관으로 개최된 「2022년도 노사문화 우수기업 인증 수여식」에서 ‘노사문화 우수기업’으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

노사문화 우수기업은 우수한 노사문화를 사회저변에 확산하기 위해 마련된 인증 제도로, 노사 파트너십을 통한 협력적 노사관계로 상생의 노사문화를 모범적으로 실천하고 있는 기관에게 부여된다.

캠코 노사(勞使)는 안정적 노사관계 구축을 바탕으로 직급별 이해와 배려로 근로조건 격차 해소, 일과 삶의 융합을 위한 워라블(Work-Life Blending) 일터 조성, 즐거운 직장 만들기를 위한 노동환경 개선 등의 성과를 인정받았다. 

권남주 캠코 사장은 “금번 노사문화 우수기업 선정은 직원들의 행복과 캠코의 발전을 위한 노사의 공로를 인정받은 매우 의미 있는 성과”라며, “앞으로도 캠코는 노사간 소통과 화합을 통해 직원들이 자부심과 긍지를 가질 수 있는 조직을 만들기 위해 노력할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

김승태 노동조합 위원장도 “노사문화 우수기업으로서 상생의 노사문화를 모범적으로 실천하여 직원들이 행복한 일터, 국민들이 신뢰하는 공공기관이 되도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다. 

한편, 캠코는 지난 2018년 ‘공공기관 노사관계 합리화 유공’으로 고용노동부장관 기관표창을 수상한 바 있으며, 지난 2월 ｢노사 한마음 공동선언식｣ 개최를 통한 노사 한마음 공동선언문 선포 등 노사간 협력관계 유지를 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다.
