[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 4일부터 이동면 장암리 일원에 지정되었던 토지거래허가구역 20필지(0.65㎢)를 전면 해제한다고 밝혔다.

토지거래허가구역은 토지를 거래할 때 토지거래계약 허가 없이는 소유권 이전이 불가능해 개인의 재산권 행사에 많은 불편이 있었다고 전했다.

해당 필지는 지난 3일자로 토지거래허가구역 지정기간이 만료됐다. 경기도는 국토부의 토지거래허가구역 지정·해제 가이드라인을 통해 기획부동산의 투기 우려 및 부동산 시장 교란 가능성이 낮게 평가되는 지역을 해제 결정하게 됐다고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “토지거래허가구역 해제로 자유롭게 토지거래가 가능해져 시민들의 불편이 감소할 것으로 기대한다. 향후 기획부동산 의심 법인의 토지매입이 발견될 경우, 적극적으로 대응해 시민들이 피해를 입지 않도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
