[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 6월 29일 부산국제금융센터(BIFC) 본사에서 공정하고 청렴한 직무수행을 위한 ｢노․사․감(勞·使·監)*, 청정(聽正, 淸正) 캠코 결의식｣을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

권남주 캠코 사장, 김승태 노동조합 위원장, 이인수 캠코 상임감사 등 ‘노․사․감’ 대표들이 한자리에 모여 청렴 결의를 다진 것은 이번이 처음이라고 전했다. 

캠코의 이번 결의식은 공정하고 투명한 조직문화 조성과 청렴한 조직을 위해서는 노동조합, 회사, 자체감사기구가 이견을 가질 수 없다는 의미를 갖고 있다고 했다.

이날 캠코 ‘노․사․감’은 ‘청정(聽正) 캠코’를 만들기 위해 국민과 임직원의 목소리를 존중하고 부정·부패행위 척결을 통한 공정한 직무수행을 다짐했다고 했다. 

또한, 청렴 취약분야 발굴 및 부패 예방을 위한 제도 개선에 협력하는 ’청정(淸正) 캠코‘를 향한 실천 의지도 다졌다고 전했다.

권남주 캠코 사장은 “캠코 임직원들은 상호 격의 없이 소통하고 국민의 목소리를 경청하며 ‘청정 캠코’를 만들기 위해 한 뜻으로 동참할 것”이라며, “국민으로부터 신뢰받는 공공기관의 모범사례가 될 수 있도록 끊임없이 노력하겠다“고 강조했다.

김승태 노동조합 위원장도 “하나 되어 발전하는 캠코를 위해, 상생과 협력의 노사문화를 바탕으로 직원과 국민 모두가 공감하는 공정한 조직문화를 만들어 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

이인수 캠코 상임감사는 “법과 원칙을 준수하고, 공정하고 상식이 통하는 청렴한 조직문화를 확립함으로써 우리 사회 청렴생태계 조성을 위해 최선을 다하겠다“고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 반부패·청렴 사각지대 해소를 위해 국민이 제안하는 ‘규제정비요청 제도’ 도입을 추진하는 등 국민밀착형 청렴소통 활동을 강화해 나갈 예정이라고 전했다.
