[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도일자리재단은 취업에 어려움을 겪고 있는 경증 장애인을 대상으로 도내 50인 이상 사업체에서 인턴근무 및 정규직 전환 기회를 갖게 될 ‘장애인 인턴지원 시범 사업’참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

대상은 도내 거주 중인 만 18~49세의 경증장애인 20명으로, 「장애인 고용촉진 및 직업재활법」에 따른 장애유형 증 경증에 해당하면 지원이 가능하다고 했다.

선발은 참여 사업체(10개사*)의 자체 면접을 거쳐 최종 확정되며, 인턴 참여자에겐 3개월의 인턴경험을 통한 직무능력 향상과, 인턴기간 종료 후 평가를 통한 정규직 전환 기회가 아울러 주어진다고 했다.

신청은 오는 6월 21일까지 이메일․우편․방문으로 접수 가능하며, 보다 자세한 사항은 강원도일자리재단 홈페이지 인턴모집 공고 및 여성․장애인사업부를 통해 상세하게 안내받을 수 있다고 전했다.

재단 박광용 대표이사는 “이번 사업이 장애인의 사회참여 확대와 도내 사업체의 ESG경영체제 구축에 도움이 되길 바라며, 앞으로도 장애인․비장애인이 함께 일하는 지역사회를 만들기 위해 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
